  My sister went in this cuts by us in Madison and requested to have her highlights touched up a bit and got this horrible shade of dark color added that was no where near what she requested or that was even reasonable for a socially acceptable public appearance. Before and after pictures posted. She tipped the lady $20 before leaving. She got in the car, looked at it at thought what did this lady to do my hair. She went it and asked for a refund and the lady gave her tip back but nothing else. The work the lady did was painfully amateur and an embarrassment for my sister to go anywhere in public. The least they could do is refund her money.
